Refund Policy

Return Policy Overview:

  • 30-Day Return Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at mazeight.kaan@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect items upon arrival. Contact us immediately at mazeight.kaan@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and sale items are non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

  • If shipping to the European Union, you can cancel or return within 14 days, following the same condition and proof of purchase requirements.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary. Contact us if it’s been more than 15 business days since approval.
